Hello , this is my fire resistant balloon project for the virtual science fair.

for judges , PLEASE START TO READ FROM THE BOTTOM UP! , if you read this project from top to bottom you will be seeing the project from end to beginning. if you start from the bottom or very last post on my blog and read up , you will start at the beginning of the project and go to the end.
